Who are you?!

HelloFruits is a handmade clothing label run by one girl and her netflix account, plus a handful of brilliant friends. Inspired by the DIY punk movement, riot grrls and Japanese fashion, the label finally came to life in 2014 after years of research, starting with a handful of embroidered shirts and harnesses, into what it is today!.

Where are you based?

In little studio right in the middle of the greatest city in the world - Sheffield Steel City (UK)

Where do you source your materials from?

Wherever we can, we try to source our materials as locally as possible. Our clothes are made-to-order, which means our fabric is bought and used in response to that.  We believe in supporting local businesses to help the independent economy grow as much as possible, as well as being an environmentally responsible company in the face of fast, wasteful fashion.

Are you vegan-friendly?

We love all animals, and so we try, wherever possible to use vegan-friendly fabrics. 
We will never use real leather, all our products are either PVC or leatherette. Nor do we use wool, silk or feathers, unless they're synthetic!

Is this all handmade?

Almost everything available in our shop has been handmade or handfinished in our studio and has been labelled to reflect that. 

We aim create our own unique patterns, as well as hand cutting/sewing/painting all our products in the studio.

In the event where something we have is not handmade (our vintage jackets for example) we ensure to give the most accurate description possible so you know what you are buying! 

Do you do collaborations?

We do! We're always on the lookout to find fun and innovative creative businesses to create magical products with! 

Do you sponsor bloggers/photographers/artists etc?

Unfortunately at this time, we're not taking on any more sponsorships!

Can we be BFFs?

Yes, duh. We've already made you a friendship bracelet! (bring cake)

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! 

Sale items:

Items bought through our sale deals are still valid for returns unless stated otherwise. Items bought via a sale promotion or discount code will only be refunded or exchanged to the same amount at point of purchase. Changes in price on the website will not affect the purchase once it has been processed.

Shipping & Delivery Information:

Please note that everything in the shop is handmade, by one person (sometimes two) and so our shipping times will reflect that. 

We do aim to have every order made and sent within 7 working days, however, if there is a need to have your item sent sooner, please email us and we'll see what we can do!

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail signed delivery for the security and safety of the buyer. This service aims to be delivered within 3 working days (in addition to sewing time).

International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed (where possible) which may take up to 2 weeks (customs and import times not included).

Size Guide:

We cut all items to a standard UK size guide.

XS (uk 6-8) // S (uk 8-10) // M (uk 12) // L (uk 14) // XL (uk 16) //XXL (uk 18)

All t-shirts are printed on men's standard cut t-shirts in sizes XS - XXL

One Size items fit sizes XS - L depending on desired fit.

Custom Orders:

We are constantly working towards making all our items available in a variety of colours and sizes, so until we are able to do that, we are happy to take custom orders. 

Please note that custom orders may require additional days to be made and sent, and not all requests will be possible.

Returns Policy:

We really hope you love your items! However, in the event that an item is faulty/broken we do offer a 14 day returns policy. In the event of an item being the wrong size, we are happy to offer a replacement order to be sent out at no extra charge. 

Please note that all our items are made to order, and so our returns policy reflects that. PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM, this will allow us to verify your sale and receipt dates accordingly. Postage costs for returned items are the buyers responsibility. Any refunds will be processed once the item is returned minus the initial postage cost.
